新年のご挨拶をしに県庁まで。そのままお客様とパレット店の彦へ。
いつものうな重を食べてみたけれど、出来栄えが彦本店とは雲泥の差。やはりデパ地下の厨房で鰻を焼くのは無理があるのでしょうか。ちょっと残念。
